Tower Hill memorial (London,UK)

 

Merchant Navy Memorial at Tower Hill,overlooking the river Thames.The names of those lost at sea in 1914-1918 are listed in bronze panels between the columns of this impressive monument.The walled panels in the foreground carry the names of those lost in 1939-1945.The Tower of London can be seen in the background.
